My name is Carolyn Roebuck and I am the Director of the First Baptist Church Child Development Center. I am writing to share our extraordinary experience we have with the Chapman Cares, Inc. group in general, but especially with Ms. Andrea Chapman.
I have known Ms. Chapman in a business capacity of Instructor of the Heart Saver CPR AED Infant, Child, and Adult training for over ten years. She has also provided the First Aid classes for our staff during that same time.
Ms. Chapman has worked with our Organization in keeping us compliant and updated with information and ‘hands on’ experiences as needed for Licensing. She has implemented changes, passed on materials, and provided a personal touch of inclusion in her classes.
I am writing to recommend Ms. Chapman and her company to provide you with the skills necessary to receive your certificate in CPR and First Aid. In my 22 years at the First Baptist Church, we have utilize other companies for this service, however since starting with Chapman Cares, we have continued with Ms. Chapman and her family and maintained a positive and great relationship as time passed.
In my years of experience, some individuals stand out for their great qualities, and Andrea Chapman is one of those people. She knows her work and is quite knowledgeable in how to readily teach the information in an engaging manner. Ms. Andrea Chapman and the members (family) in her company is well liked by our staff. They are respected and are requested to provide this service for our business on a long term basis.
