Bottom-line Stress Seminar has been developed for the general public.
The information you get from Chapman Health Kare Corporation (CHKC) stress seminars will help you toward safe stress for your everyday life experiences. Our seminars are like a wake-up call because many of us are in trouble—unfortunately we don’t know we are in trouble.

Chapman Health Kare suspects that stress is one of the culprits. This seminar is called Bottom-line Stress Seminar because you have requested information about your stress, but you wanted to know the bottom-line. In other words, you want us to keep the information straightforward, and easy to understand. There are three sessions. We use power point presentations, with clip art and photos to help you visualize the information. You will also find light music and simple quotes to help you relax and absorb the information. In some of the sessions we will give you simple exercises and activities.

There will be story-telling and real life experiences as they relate to some of the issues. You will need to take notes, so don’t forget your pen and notepad. There are no tests or quizzes on the material. Theses sessions are not to take the place of professional mental help, but to enhance your understanding of stress. I encourage you to seek professional help if you are having warning signs of prolonged stress. Do not self-diagnose. Long-term stress can be very dangerous.The good news about stress is that it is not all bad.
